Bb Plus collagen

BB Plus is made primarily from high quality fish collagen. Fish collagen is a Type 2 collagen, said to have a structure of an amino acid chain perfectly compatible to the humans. Due to the natural habitat of fish, the collagen derived from this marine animal has sufficient amino acids namely Proline & Glycine in their lower body temperature, similar to human collagen. Proline and Glycine are two amino acids responsible for formation of collagen, maintaining skin and cartilage. PUDING KARAMEL MINERAL COFFEE

RESEPI PUDING KARAMEL MINERAL COFFEE



Bahan2 :
~ 400 ml susu segar/susu cair
~ 5 sudu besar gula halus
~ 3 biji telor
~ 2 biji kuning telor
~ 1 sudu teh esen vanila
~ 1 sachet Mineral Coffee

Bahan utk karamel :
~ 5 sudu besar gula pasir kasar
~ 2 sudu besar air


Cara-Cara:

Karamel
Masukkan 5 sudu besar gula bersama 1 sudu besar air ke dalam loyang.. masak atas api yg kecik.. kalo api besar kang hangus lak.. kacau2 guna sudu bg rata..

Bila dah bertukar kaler keperangan sedikit baru masukkan satu sudu air lagi.. Pastikan gula dah cair dan bertukar keperangan sepenuhnya.. (sorry. Cuak2 tadi lupe nk amik gmbr gula perang..)

Adunan Puding


Dalam mangkuk atau bekas, masukkan kesemua telor bersama dgn gula halus dan esen vanila sekali .. kacau menggunakan whisker ( Tapi saya guna senduk jer. Newlywed xde perkakas dapur lagi hehe) 

Kacau perlahan je tau agak2 kasi gula tu sebati atau pun larut.. Jgn pukul beriya2 lak mcm nak buat telor dadar lak.. just gaul selow2  jer..

Langkah seterusnya, masukkan susu dlm periuk ( Tapi saya guna pan, nk cepat panas. X penyaborr) masak atas api sederhana.. 

Takyah masak lama2.. just kasi susu tu suam2 kuku aje.. jgn masak sampai mendidih yer.. Kemudian tuang susu td ke dalam adunan telor.. tuang sikit demi sikit sambil tgn kanan kacau adunan tersebut.. Kacau sebati dan tapis yer. Kena tapis sbb dalam adunan tu mesti ada putih telor yg berketul2.. kalau tak caya sila korang tapis gak.
Lepas tu, ambil ¼ daripada acuan tadi, masukkan dalam bekas lain campurkan dengan 1 sachet Mineral Coffee yang dah dicairkan dengan air panas. Jadikan sebagai adunan B.
Balance lagi ¾ tadi kita namakan sebagai Adunan A. Pastikan periuk kukusan di panaskan terlebih dahulu..  
Kemudian tuang separuh dari adunan A  ke dalam loyang yg berisi karamel tadi. Kukus selama 7 minit.

Lepas 7minit, tuang adunan B ke atas adunan A td. TAPI! Jangan main tuang jer.. Tuang atas sudu supaya dia xpecahkan structure Adunan A td yer... Sorry la. Lupa nk amik gmbr tadi. Kelam Kabut. Hehhee . Kali ni sebab adunan B lebh nipis, ckup 5 minit jer. Tp, check dlu. If still lembik tambah masa sedikit.

Ulang langkah yang sama untuk lagi separuh Adunan A. Kukus lagi sampai puding betul2 masak..

Seelok elok nyer,tutup loyang guna aluminium foil semasa proses pengukusan.. Tapi, biasala. (Alasan newlywed lg.. kitorang xde aluminium foil. So, xtutup pon)

Kalau yg takde periuk pengukus boleh jugak guna kaedah bakar.. Tapi kenalah letak loyang adunan ke dalam loyang yg berisi air panas ( kaedah steam bake).. bakar dgn suhu 150 celsius selama 40-45 minit..

Hasil selepas di kukus.. sejukkan dalam peti ais sebelum di keluarkan dari loyang..
